Meet our Team
Dr Georgina Konrat
Medical Director
Dr Georgina Konrat graduated from the University of Sydney in 1996 with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. Her early career included extensive general surgical work in remote hospitals, where she gained valuable experience managing complex cases with limited resources. During this time, she also trained in obstetrics and gynaecology, working closely with senior specialists in the repair of obstetric injuries and episiotomy wounds. This early surgical grounding in women’s health provided her with unique insight into female anatomy, tissue repair, and healing – knowledge that later became central to her development of surgical techniques in labiaplasty.
Following her general and obstetric training, Dr Konrat pursued formal qualifications in Cosmetic Surgery and Medicine with the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery and Medicine (ACCSM), graduating in 2007. Her combined background in surgery, women’s health, and cosmetic medicine shaped her focus on procedures designed specifically for women.
She treats a variety of patients, including those with labial hypertrophy, discomfort during activity or intimacy, or complications following childbirth or earlier surgery. These experiences guided her in refining her signature DOVE labiaplasty technique, a method that prioritises the preservation of nerve function and natural tissue integrity while also achieving aesthetic outcomes.
At Brisbane Cosmetic Clinic, Dr Konrat works with an all-female operative team, ensuring that every aspect of patient care, from consultation through to surgery and recovery, is delivered with sensitivity, professionalism, and a clear understanding of women’s needs.
Dr Georgina Konrat consults and operates out of both Brisbane and Sydney.

Emma
Practice Manager
Emma is the practice manager and brings an unusually broad academic foundation to the role. She completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Queensland in 2020 before expanding her studies across law, biomedical science, international relations, politics, sociology, sexual and reproductive health, public health, and history. This breadth of knowledge reflects her ongoing curiosity and her commitment to understanding people from multiple perspectives.
She is currently undertaking a Master of Nursing (Entry to Practice) at QUT, combining her background in behavioural science and health with practical nursing training to further strengthen her role in patient care.
Away from the clinic, Emma enjoys good food and wine, long conversations with friends, and exploring new hobbies. She has a soft spot for light-hearted novels, loves to dance, and is always on the lookout for creative projects – even if her growing collection of craft supplies isn’t always appreciated at home.
