Dr Georgina Konrat
BSc, BSc (Hons) MBBS FACCS
Cosmetic Surgery, Cosmetic Medicine.
Georgina Konrat is a Cosmetic Doctor living and working in Brisbane, Queensland. One of a very few female Cosmetic doctors in Queensland, she brings a woman’s perspective to this very personal area of medical care. In addition, she’s a perfectionist, who believes in achieving the best possible result for every patient.
She is a fellow of the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery (FACCS), a member of the Australasian College of Aesthetic and Antiageing Medicine (A5M) and a member of the International Hormone Society.
She completed her first Science degree at Melbourne University with majors in Anatomy, Pathology and Work, Sport and Exercise Physiology.
She transferred to Sydney University to undertake a Science Honours Degree, considering the early development of the human brain and possible differences with age that might exist to explain the pathogensis of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome. During her three years as a Research Scientist at Sydney University, Dr Konrat tutored medical students in pathology, histopathology and Anatomy. Dr Konrat completed a Bachelor degree in Medicine and Surgery at Sydney University in 1996.
After broad experience in general surgery, numerous rotations in isolated rural and Aboriginal communities, Dr Konrat commenced advanced surgical training in Cosmetic Surgery. Her early experience with healthful living and natural medicine fuelled her desire to combine the practice of Cosmetic Surgery with a more complete approach to patients and their wellbeing.
Dr Konrat is passionate about this new era of anti-ageing medicine and believes that, taken holistically, it can help us all experience a more beautiful and better quality of life, not only as we age, but at every stage of our lives.
Dr Konrat applies strong creative skills, meticulous attention to detail and artistic sense to her practice of medicine and surgery. Along with her professional skills, Dr Konrat has a strong sense of empathy for the issues people face, and a real desire to make a difference in their lives.
Anne-Marie Knaggs
Anne-Maree trained as an enrolled nurse at the Townsville General Hospital and graduated in 1982. -- With 25 years nursing experience Anne-Marie has worked in many Medical fields including general hospital nursing, general practice nursing and managment, Antenatal care, as well as Operating theatre and Scout nursing.
Anne- Marie plays a major role in patient support at Brisbane Cosmetic Clinic.
Anne-Marie is currently training to become a cosmetic nurse at Brisbane Cosmetic Clinic and is available to assist you with any enquiries you may have regarding skin care, dermal fillers and line tamers.
Christina Renata
Paramedical Aesthetician
Christina Renata is a qualified and experienced Paramedical Aesthetician. She holds [qualifications] and has ten years’ experience as a practising paramedical aesthetician.
She is sensitive to patients’ needs and feelings and takes the time to listen and advise appropriate treatment. Christina spends time ensuring she is fully up to date on the latest procedures and treatments; she understands that patients’ needs vary depending on age, gender and specific circumstances.
In this rapidly developing area of wellness and anti-ageing medicine, Christina understands the need to provide patients with the latest in products. She makes sure she works with products she believes are the best for her patients; regular research ensures she is up to date on the latest research in both procedures and products.
Christina has a horror of what she terms a ‘buff and puff’ approach to paramedical aesthetic work: she is committed to ensuring her patients receive the best standards of advice and professionalism.
As well as providing paramedical aesthetic services to patients in several clinics in Brisbane and south-east Queensland, Christina also teaches her skills to student beauty therapists at [wherever].
